I've been with Image Orthodontics at this location for over two years now, and I can highly recommend this place! First and foremost, I love how they keep everything super clean, they disinfect all the areas after treating a client. They provide great care, if you want to ask for anyone ask for Marina, you will be in great hands. She is super attentive to your needs, very kind, and makes you feel comfortable. I'm finally able to smile without covering my mouth! If you feel like something is off, they will not hesitate to fix your concerns. They want to make sure you are happy and confident before exiting their business.
It was such a pleasure to be a patient at Image Orthodontics. It took me 2 years to fix a not-so-easy case, but the result is amazing. The staff was fabulous at this office. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Alan took my photos and then I met with Brenda to discuss the treatment costs for my son. The staff looks really friendly and professional.5 star office x 2 with an additional 5 stars for Maricela and Monica! What a great professional experience!
In May, I had my braces fitted at image orthodontics. The staff is always very nice and friendly to me. Especially when I have emergency issues, they always make time for me. I am writing on behalf to say thank you to all the staff at Image orthodontics for the treatment that I’ve been receiving this past months and for making my smile better everyday.

I transferred my braces treatment to this office. The office staff was very friendly however, the day I had my initial appointment the dental assistant who put my brackets on was not friendly at all. I can tell she did not want to do me. She was very short with me then sent me to the bathroom to brush my teeth and rinse. I asked her for a cup she replied their in the bathroom, I told her that there was no cups in the bathroom. Most places give you a big kit and special toothbrush and I asked her she was so rude and was like no we don’t do that. Then I was told I would get a 300 gift card when I asked about it basically got the run around . The Dr was very nice and professional and the x- ray tech was very down to earth .
Maricela was super helpful, friendly, professional, and accommodating when I had a last minute request and need. Maricela was able to address the issue that day and made time for me to come back the next day. She went above and beyond and I am very grateful for her.
I had braces here overall experience was ok.
During the first months of my visits every experience with the reception staff was awful. Extremely unfriendly, unaccommodating and clearly didn’t want to be there. There are definitely some new ones so they’re making changes and improving there.
At the end of my treatment I still have a visible gap, one of my teeth was pointing backwards and they didn’t event notice I had to point it out so they could adjust my retainer. Because they filed my teeth now one is longer due to the misadjustment they didn’t see.
When my retainer broke they couldn’t just send a replacement, asked me if I had my molds still (why would a patient have those). Because I don’t they want me to come in for a new mold, what if my teeth already shifted? Seems like a broken process.
Overall yes my teeth are better but this practice is not detail oriented and overall patient engagement mediocre at best.
Very comprehensive skill and technology driven solutions. Ben, Monica, and Dr Kalika @ Pacific Heights San Francisco quickly got me an appt within one day and assessed how to best improve my bite and extend life of teeth! Great Team and fantastic facilities.
